Those non-stock rims lead me to think that this car has air suspension, the driver probably lowered it when they parked.

Hopefully it’s on airbags and raises up before driving.
On a side note, this looks like some sort of Tesco refugee camp with that wall there. Theresa doesn’t believe we have a moral duty to provide hand lotion to Spanish cars who can barely clear a blade of grass.
